A 15% restocking fee will be charged to your account for any product returned once the box had been opened. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned with missing or damaged material this will also apply to:

1. A replacement model shipped of equal or greater value.

2. An alternative model shipped, of equal or greater value.
